Wholesale fuel supply

Diesel, petrol and paraffin in bulk, with full compliance documentation on every load.

Bulk fuel supply: Diesel 50ppm, ULP 93, ULP 95 and Paraffin. Minimum order 18,000 litres per product.
COC & COD options: Customer Own Collection from approved terminals, or Cash on Delivery for prequalified buyers, all with fully transparent pricing.
Compliance documentation: Full SARS-compliant documentation, quality certificates and TIMS declarations for cross-border fuel movements.
Transparent pricing: Wholesale pricing per litre with no hidden fees. Your price is clearly stated and confirmed in writing at the time of your quote.
Reseller support: We work with licensed fuel resellers. Wholesale licence verification and dedicated account management included.
SADC coverage: Supply into South Africa, Botswana, Zambia, Namibia and DR Congo via our established logistics network.

Cash on Delivery (COD): prequalified customers only

COD deliveries are available exclusively to registered customers who have completed the Fuelogix onboarding process and passed a site audit. Fuelogix reserves the right to refuse COD deliveries subject to stock, logistics, and site compliance.
